Appointments

• Using our website, you can reschedule or cancel your appointments up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
• To cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time, please call us for assistance.

Deposit Payments

• We may require a deposit payment to reserve your service appointment.
• Collected deposits may be refundable when cancelling at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
• Collected deposits may be non refundable in the event of a no show and no call for your scheduled appointment.
• Collected deposits may be non refundable, but applied as credit to future invoices, when cancelling less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time.
